More about the University...

Anglia Ruskin University has a history of over 150 years starting as Cambridge School of Art in 1858 and over 25,000 students worldwide have chosen to study with us.

Almost 20% of our full time students are international from nearly 100 different countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and North and South America, and we really hope that you'll soon be one of them!

While studying at Anglia Ruskin you will be based in either the beautiful, vibrant city of Cambridge or the historic town of Chelmsford, both of which are within an hour’s travel time of London and rated in the top ten best places to live in the UK.

Anglia Ruskin is committed to offering the best possible support to our international students, and are proud to be ranked in the top ten in the UK for our Welcome, Arrival and Orientation Programme for new international students in the 2007/8 International Student Barometer, an independent survey of current international students at UK universities.

Anglia Ruskin's approach clearly gives excellent results as over 93% of our graduates are either employed or studying for a further qualification within six months of graduation and we are among the Sunday Times top 50 for graduate starting salaries.
