The University of East Anglia (UEA) is an internationally renowned university based in a campus that provides top quality academic, social and cultural facilities to over 13,000 students.
UEA is ranked amongst the top three for student satisfaction according to the first National Student Survey and in the top 20 in the UK by the Sunday Times. It also came top of the most recent research effectiveness league table published by Research Fortnight.
Located in 320 acres of rolling parkland but just two miles from the centre of the cathedral city of Norwich the University is adjacent to the Norwich Research Park which is home to over 1,000 scientists working in several world ranked institutions.
Sporting facilities on campus include the University Sportspark which houses an Olympic sized swimming pool and regularly hosts international sporting events. Norwich Law School - University of East Anglia Scholarships...
The Norwich Law School is delighted to announce that they are making available a number of LLM scholarships worth £3,500 towards tuition fees, and we are inviting you to apply for one of these awards.
Who is eligible to apply?
International applicants who have applied for an LLM by 1 April 2010 and are made a conditional or unconditional offer are invited to apply. Please note that applicants who have secured another source of funding will not be eligible to receive a scholarship.
How to apply:
Those wishing to apply for a scholarship should complete the Scholarship Application Form by 3 May 2010 at the latest, this can be provided by your in-country BCIE office.
Assessment
Applications will be assessed by a panel who will consider:
1) The academic performance in the applicant's undergraduate degree
2) The quality of answers provided on the Scholarship Application Form
The panel will take into account the content of the answer rather than the level of English used on the application form.
Results
Successful applicants will be informed if they have been awarded a studentship by 17 May 2010.
